[Theory] How Obito could have obtained MS (NOT Tobi=Obito thread)

This is NOT a thread trying to prove Tobi is Obito. This is my idea on how Obito could have obtained MS if he TURNED OUT to be Tobi.

So my theory is that Obito could have murdered Rin, after he became evil of course. He had a crush on her so she was a very important person to him. To awaken MS, strong emotions are needed, typically felt during killing a very close person.

Why do I think this way? Because:
1) Rin is confirmed to be dead but we know nothing more about her death.
2) During Tobi's attack on Konoha we couldn't see Rin anywhere and she should obviously join the group of young ninja (Kakashi, Guy, Kurenai). This might mean she was already dead by this time and as we know, Tobi had his MS already back then (he needed it for s/t ninjutsu which he used).

there is a question left unanswered , if the a person implant a sharingan, could he awaken the ms ?

if yes either tobi or kakashi could awaken it by killing someone important to them .

if no , that means tobi is obito and he killed some one important to him and this awakened ms on his eye and kakashi's eye .

i think it has somthing to do with rin yes .
obito loved rin, but rin loved kakashi .

we have to w8 and see what happened .

Simply. It's just my idea on how kishi could possibly cover one of plot-holes if Tobi turned out to be Obito. Note "if".

And your theory is based on the fact that something else caused obito to go bad and then decide and kill Rin.

I wouldn't be that sure. It was said that Tobi USES HATE but he does not seem to hate anyone. He is arrogant and tries to make people small, but I haven't noticed him being passionate about killing Kakashi or anything like that.

The sharingan has to go through 3 stages before he gets his MS so umm how could he warp the bolder into a different dimension in so little time to master that or figure out how to use it?

madara awakened his rinnegan while he was dying ,
maybe lossing his friend , one of his eyes , his love (rin ), the joy of giving his eye to a dear friend as a gift and dying made him go through all phases at once and awaken ms :O .
