Don't you think it's wierd that Tobi has not lost his sight in his right eye since he has been using "Kamui" for so many times!?

It's very weird, it doesn't look like he took someone's eyes because they look the same way as Kakashi's. Then again, there's no proof that Kamui makes you lose your eyesight...

Both kakashis and tobis jutsu are called kamui and yes it is kamui when he goes intangible kakashi said it that both tobis intangible and teleporting jutsu are just one jutsu.
