Kakashi requires prep time to activate his MS, Sasuke's EMS is instant and because it's EMS he doesn't bleed so he can use it freely. One MS won't beat two EMS's.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Sasuke fanboy at all, but I know where Kishi is going. Naruto=Sasuke and they have both surpassed their former teacher.
