Sharingan Tobi can beat Nagato? (Read)

In this fight Tobi uses only his Sharingan techniques he has shown in the Manga so far. Including Space Time Technique, Kamui with the ability to throw objects from his other dimension, powerful Genjutsus, he possesses a second Sharingan for Izanagi and can use the fan he is using now.

So is Tobi beating Nagato with these conditions?

If it wasn't for the intangibility, Nagato pwns 100% even with kamui, teletransportation, etc, etc.

But since Nagato does not possess a way to hit intangible tobi, I guess Tobi wins this one.....

Nagatos lack of mobility is a problem if it comes to Kamui or Tobis speed. He can appear everywhere, from the ground, behind Nagato, under Nagato and swing his fan, throw objects from his dimension and uses Kamui. With Izanagi in addition, he would be able to put up a good fight if not win.
