when you think about it obito's body was destroyed he had half of his right body almost destroyed.
the only way for tobi to get those eyes is if he had space time to save it(which tobi doesn't have yet so he can't save obito) or if zetsu himself caught obito from the ground with his mayfly technique so all zetsu would need to do is swallow obito and merge with the ground to save him.
obito didn't have to be alive, obito could just be dead that is all tobi would need is really obito's sharingan, the thing is how did tobi know who obito was and where he is and how he even died at that exact moment to get his sharingan.
the only way it would be possible to know where obito was is if zetsu used his spore technique like when he did it on kabuto so he knows where he is and his chakra levels.
remember madara where he followed the nakara shrine and killed his loved one's just for power tobi could have still done that with obito eyes since tobi had a year to make a friend decieve his friend like how he tricked deidara and just could have killed his closest friend he had like over a year with the obito's sharingan to get a friend kill them or even his loved one's or some type of sorrow.
we know that tobi worked for madara we don't know what age tobi could have been when he met madara but by looking at tobi apperances and the main uchiha out of the story line he looks like he is kagami/obito or just from their branch of uchiha and that he also needs to be in the anbu to know konoha pass code which was created on the second hokage time, tobirama basically created the security of the village while hahsirama just created the housing/structure.
it wouldn't be surprising that danzo or kagami would have the same plan they have a teacher tobirama who was looking for peace who made some pretty powerful jutsu's even forbidden one's and they have all seen war so they would probably think the same way of gathering all tailed beast to unite the world and also the elders seem to think about power too because they all have seen their master die and lot's of people over these wars and if kagami met madara he would have probably told him about infinite tsykuyomi and kagami fits in madara timeline and madara died later not when hashirama battled him.
also madara was controlling nations with his power and tobi also with his ms
remember the rock village that was now under madara control after theri tsuikage lost muu and onoki they were now to follow madara and then probably tobi later on, tobi is strong regardless since has hashirama cells in him he can fight without the sharingan, anyway the person that killed obito was from the rock village and also tobi manipulated the mist village too so tobi could be a cause for alot of wars or stuff that happened maybe even the uzumaki clan since kagami and madara would be alive when the uzuamki village was still active.

basically i think obito is tobi son or in his side of the uchiha branch who have space time instead of the other like sasuke/itachi/madara who have yin manipulation of their mangekyou sharingan since sasuke,itachi,fugaku or mikito have madara/izuna genes of special chakra itachi and sasuke look to much like madara and izuna.
also tobi says he can do the full power of kamui which the uchiha are able to only use the full power of their tech so i really think tobi is a uchiha
Also tobi planned all this to happen since madara and him could control the future with their power since madara gave tobi the rinnegan and then gave that rinnegan to nagato, so tobi would have the rinnegan and zetsu with him, so i think he would be powerful enough to maintain control of the rock village for a while but make a war happen and then after the war he would just leave since he got eyes like obito which he planned to get since nagato would have his rinnegan now.so i really think tobi planned all this and was even able to outsmart itachi so itachi really would have no chance in identifying this person,which was itachi real role in the danzo mission because itacho would hav told danzo about some one as dangerous as tobi so danzo would need to come prepared to take someone like tobi so he asked orochimaru for help, so in order for danzo to get senju and uchiha the uchiha would need to be all killed for his infinite izangi and shishu eye.
do you think this is possible that tobi planned this all?
