Netbook-Black Screen

My netbook is from April 2011 and it was working fine yesterday. This morning when I plugged the charger in the screen will come on show that I couldn't access my windows. I knew I had to get a USB with a windows program in it and fix my computer with it. But, a few minutes later when I plugged in my netbook in again the screen will not come on. The power light is on and the small fan is doing fine as usual. But my screen will not turn on. :shrug:

Nothing shows up. Just a black screen like it is not on

It doesn't have a brand name on it but I will look it up. I ordered it from china.

Well you may have to flash your bios if it can be flashed.
