Who's stronger Minato or Mu ?

Minato can sense thing, not only his finger sensor and Mu is a sensor type as well.
Their both using incredible abilities, but who's the strongest.

Mu's dust release won't be able to catch Minato inside, u guys knows it well............... because of his most famous tech ( ftg tech ).

Mu can sense and counter Minato, but Minato's speed is too fast, not even a sharingan user can't keep up.
So who would win this ?????????????

but yea i reckon minato takes this. if he gets trapped - it will be a similar situation to when tobi teleported him out of the cube like thing that oonoki put sasuke in.
