Ninjutsu literally means ninja technique. It is a loose term referring to all techniques used by ninja
A frequent user would be naruto because of his high use of shadow clones and rasengan.

*I begin to channel chakra into my feet. I then place my left foot. Then my right, as i do i make sure that there's not too much chakra so as not to repel off the tree. Also i make sure that its not to little as i would fall off. I then walk to the top of the tree and back down to the bottom*

*I start channeling more chakra into my feet. I then walk to the edge of the water and place my right foot onto the water. It sinks a little into the water so i pump even more chakra into my feet. My foot then comes to the top of the water. I then place my left. I then wall across the water.*

After you had put needles in your mouth(God, this is starting to sound weird xd), channel chakra into them then spit them out towards my clone. Try being accurate.
(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique
This is a simple technique, which requires good timing. Throw two Windmill Shuriken(giant shuriken) at my clone, the first one being visible and the second one being concealed in the shadow of the first.

*I start by placing some needles into my mouth. Then i infuse them with my chakra. I then aim towards your clone as i do i spit out the chakra infused needles*

*I begin by taking out two windmill shurikens. Then i throw the first then the second one. I time the second throw so that shuriken well follow behind the first one in its shadow.*

(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique
So throw a bunch of kunai that have a bunch of pouches with a bunch of small explosive tags at a bunch of enemies, then throw one kunai with one explosive tag to finally blow up the bunch of kunais with the buch of mini-explosive tags.
(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique
After you have performed the Hidden Mist Technique, channel chakra around your arms and legs, and lessen the effect of the sounds you make, cloak it, basically.
(Kage Makibishi no Jutsu) - Shadow Makibishi Technique
Throw a bunch of caltrops on the ground after you have deployed a smoke bomb.
