In my honest opinion, I think that the only MS jutsus that will make the sharingan lose is light are AMATERASU, TSUKOYOMI, SUSANO'O. Just saying cause Tobi has been using his S/T Jutsu for what seems to be years and the recent chapter revealed that it was definitely a MS jutsu. And we know that tobi uses that jutsu so much and seeing as he hasn't "LOST THE LIGHT" to that sharingan, maybe Kakashi won't lose his either. Just a speculation. I might be completely wrong here cause Tobi must have had some secret preventing from the loss of his sharingan or whatever
