We know Minato was highly intelligent was the fastest character in the series with the specially made kunai.His base speed is unknown Naruto's speed is around his speed now
kakashi mistook him for his master and he is not the only one who described naruto as a "yellow flash" so far. what i am trying to say is kunai run out they also have to be thrown
too.naruto can utilize his "yellow flash" speed in many more ways then minato could
Minato obtains the speed through seals which means his trajectory is predetermined.
As where naruto only has to activate his chakra shroud and from there he can move at the same relative speed and still use both arms of his and the many more he can make out of chakra for other things.Meaning Naruto has possible variety in ways he can attack
while using the same speed as Minato so in speed Naruto has the edge.Naruto is a goof but he is not straight up retarded like some seem to think he is,even though if he was he would be dead by now.His chakra reserves were bigger from the start due to being an uzamaki plus he has the nine tails inside him so that means he can make more resengans
which he also has more variety with. the resengan was suppose to be minatos version of the tailed beast bomb which he did not finish and naruto has many variations of it inlcuding the next step which was to add the elemental chakra something else minato failed to do before he died so when you break it down
speed is the same but naruto has the edge because of versatility reasons same with the resengan which gives naruto 2 points minato i will get the benefit of the doubt and wins in the intelligent department he also wins in the sealing department so they are pretty much even at this point. so all those people saying one or the other will win fore sure are dead wrong it can go either way at this point
