Sasuke is not right or wrong

lately ive been reading a lot of threads about sasuke's path of revenge, is he right for avenging the death of his family and his clan or is he wrong for going against what his brother itachi truly strived for and wanted to protect(Konoha).

I dont think us readers were meant to truly understand sasuke because more than likely it clouds our judgment of whether what sasuke is doing is right or wrong. The same way how the main character naruto is, he wants to stop the cycle of revenge, but at the same time he can understand what sasuke is going through. And that i think is how it should be, you really wont understand him because no one has never been put in that situation(knowing that he is a fictional character) we talk about it as if he is real though.

Yeah i can admit that sasuke has done some messed up stuff on his path of revenge against konoha, like stabbing karin to get to danzo. And also trying to kill his team 7 members( but that is apart of his path of revenge). Other than that I dont think sasuke is right or wrong, even if he is we cant judge him and also his brother understands why he couldnt change his mind, because he took the only thing that sasuke loved the most, his family and his clan and konoha was apart of that. And the reason why sasuke doesnt hate his brother is because he cant hate the person he loves the most(itachi) and thats something i think ppl can relate to and he also made him stronger for that reason.

Again like i said sasuke isnt right or wrong he just who he is and doing what he believes in.

Eh kinda, you say it because we can't necessarily put ourselves in his shoes. I mean it in the sense that NOTHING no matter what the situation can be classified as "this is good" and "this is bad".

Eh, Sasuke was brainwashed by millions of people and saw his clan murdered when he was just a boy, then learned his brother did all this to protect him; and the Leaf set it up so the Uchiha clan would die. Hell, what would anyone else do after all that? I completely agree that Sasuke is right in his own kinda way.. But wrong in my opinion. I think he should've stopped being a cry baby and went back to the Leaf with MS and became a hero of his clan.

Sasuke's mental state is understandable but another massacre is not in any was justified . . . innocent blood spilled is always a sin and the Uchiha are not a exception.

+rep, nice way of putting it, sometimes the whole idea of judging characters who are meant to be ambiguous as either evil or good, takes sth away from the character. Sasuke is supposed to be ambiguous and not someone we as readers can easily relate to as opposed to Naruto or other more humane characters.
