Karin didn't save him,she only said "Sasuke!" and Sasuke turned around and dodged the wind bullets himself.

How can they see who it's coming from? Kirin will just form in the sky right above Konoha. And,the only dog that has Sasuke's scent memorised is Akamaru. Kiba and Akamaru aren't gonna stop Kirin.
