Shikamaru's shadow possession is much too weak to hold Giant Butterfly Choji. He couldn't even hold Hidan, whom has no strength feats. Shikamaru absolutely cannot solo Choji.
Lee has only been shown to enter the 5th Gate. So, he cannot use that friction punch technique nor Afternoon Tiger. Even the 5th Gate won't be enough to budge someone as big as Gedo Mazo.
Shino has the best chance, assuming that he can gather enough bugs to absorb Choji's chakra.
