not yet... but he will get there... even oro said that he had a good mastery of the sharingan when he was young back in regular naruto

and now he has the mangekyou sharingan and i don't think madara got it when he was that young (like 17 or 18)

oh... but still sasuke is starting be able to control it by himself while madara needed izuna to help him like as a partner and sasuke has partners now but none that can help with the mangekyou and he was already able to use amaterasu pretty early after activation...

but he was also way set back because of the curse mark madara even said that he pushed him to the limit so he could remove the curse mark thus unlocking the mangekyou so he was basically just turned back to normal

and i meant that he didn't have any help with mastering it...
