kamui is kinda like tobi space time where they send it to the same dimension but tobi can send that part of his body out of it, kakashi just can't warp himself yet but it may be like the amerterasu thing.

i don't really see the difference between kamui and tobi space time ability of taking in object's.

but it's like tobi has two jutsu's while kakashi only has one sharingan tech, but shouldn't both eye's be able to get those abilities because kamui is basically the same as tobi space time except that kamui is long range.

both kamui and space time are offensive and defensive but tobi intagibility makes it mostly defensive but when tobi sucks in opponents it's offensive, unlike sasuke amerterasu which one is really for defensive and the other is offensive i think one eyes releases amerterasu and the other can take it out.

maybe kakashi mangekyou sharingan has another power of the space time to be unlock and if kakashi trains harder maybe he can get something new.

As of right now he cannot do that. However it is a borderline possibilty. But since Tobi has Obito's other eye (the one with the defensive ability) I think Kakashi will advance in his eye (the one with the offensive ability) And be able to do something amazing with his kamui.

If Kakashi tries it, he'll rip off the arm

I don't think Tobi can do this because he would definitely have done so by now, dismembering someone that is.

just because you can use kamui to absorb an oncoming attack doesnt make it defensive, its inherently an offensive attack used to suck something very savagely into an alternate dimension, if anything it makes it a very versatile offensive attack

i distinguish between offense and defense because both techniques have transported particular body parts to the alternate dimesnion but one is used offensively, kakashi tsevering diedara's arm, and then one is used defensively , tobi transporting pieces of himself to the alternate dimension to avoid attacks then bringing those body parts back, one is a offensive technique[kakashi vs diedara] that can be used defensively[kakashi vs sasuke/pein] and one is a defensive technique[tobi avoiding any attack] that can be used offensively [ tobi vs fu/torune]
