What would happen if you transplanted your best friends ms (only one though)?
Would you get ems in only that eye or what?

This question occurred to me when I thought why didn't itachi transplant shisui's eye to his left eye?

To get EMS you need to get your siblings eyes not a friends. But i think you would get it in just one eye if thats all you take for your sibling.
