A Question about Tsunade

We all know that Tsunade has this S-rank seal (the small, diamond shape mark on her forehead?) that she uses to store chakra, and perform high level techniques like Creation Rebirth, and most recently, Byakugo.

My question: why is it only Tsunade that seems to have this S-rank seal in the Narutoverse, especially when it's so useful! I'm pretty sure that there are many more proficient Fuinjutsu users around capable of replicating or even refining that ability?

Anyone has any idea?

I think it is an secret Uzumaki seal, Mito Uzumaki had the same sort of mark and seeing as the Uzumaki clan died she would be the only one who knows it.

Well, for one, Fuuinjutsu is rare among the ninja world. Remember, Orochimaru said it was commendable how Kakashi started Fuuinjutsu at such a young age. Lots of the Shinobi we see are young, so it's possible not many of them even practice Fuuinjutsu.

Another is Tsunade developed this while in isolation. She wasn't teaching anyone. The only person she has taught is Sakura and Sakura isn't ready for such a thing.

Another is this jutsu is Forbidden as the things done with it severely shorten the user's lifespan.

I almost forgot Mito has a similar seal(or at least sth that looks like a similar seal) on her forehead as well! Thanks!

Creation Rebirth and Byakugo are forbidden, yes. But i doubt the S-rank seal is right? The seal can also be used for other purposes besides the said jutsu, like supplying vast amounts of chakra to the user in a short time (remember the Invasion of Pain?)

Well, yes. That is true. But remember, S-rank jutsu are very difficult, such as Rasenshuriken. Also, it left Tsunade very exhausted, didn't it?
