Heavenly rotations says high. Sai is not a fodder either and he can fly and try to overwhelm Darui with ink beats such as birds, lion, etc.

Darui can beat either in a 1 VS 1 but he isn't beating them in a 2 VS 1. Neji and Sai take this fight with mid difficulty.

Basically Sai will probably start off with his usual ink beasts and use an ink clone to engage Darui in a sword fight. Neji charges Darui with a vacuum palm. In the meantime, Darui uses his black panther which is blocked by the vacuum palm.

Darui uses his water style to take out the ink beasts but has to quickly react to Sai's ink clone. He realizes it was just a clone but this gives Neji time to use sixty four palms, blocking all of Darui's chakra points. This fight is now over.

Alright! This is where Neji's underrated is time to shine! I think Neji can solo Darui, he's easily on his level, first off to put down Darui's feats, his laser circus is exaggerated and didn't even scratch Kinkaku in base form, it won't get around Kaiten. Black lightning zapped a bunch of Zetsu do death, that's cool but it isn't expected to actually able to hit Neji especially after jyuken.

Darui's taijutsu won't be enough to battle Neji in a jyuken battle. His only option is his sword but thanks to most byakugan techniques he can be easily disarmed, air palm is also incredibly useful let's not forget Neji's incredible durability. Really 1 hit is all it takes and Neji will get off a combo, Darui will be useless after that and Neji can finish him.

So yeah needless to say with Sai on his team he'd probably win even easier, but yeah it'd be a good fight.
