Has Naruto surpassed orochimaru?

I watched the fight 5 five times and was oro run out of chakra against fourth tails naruto and the regeneration body was rejecting him due to chakra, really people and oro would have died if yamato didn't suppress the 4th tais after sakura got hurt. oro is weaker than 4th tail but got the regeneration to fight for long enough.

4 tails > oro no need for sage mode who protect naruto body and kyubi nor bijuu mode.

this was a time when Orochimaru was in need of another body and couldnt use his arms. He still used body replacement three times and only once his body was destoryed. His body was rejecting him because this was the 3 year period, not due to chakra. ALso, Yamato didnt save Oro, the 4-tails couldnt move from where it was at that moment.

wrong, he regained movement in his arms but couldnt perform/mold jutsu with them. As stated in the previous manga, Sasuke defeated a crippled Orochimaru who couldnt use jutsu and would have won if he didnt want to obtain Sasuke's body.

I have one question, if he couldnt use jutsu with his arms how did he summon Triple Rashomon against Naruto.

Just wanted to say that, yes naruto has gotten much stronger than he was in the four tails fight with oro, but the fact is that oro really was holding back (i think it was because he thought that naruto getting more powerful would push sasuke to grow in power as well so he may have been testing him). His arms were sealed at the time so he was below half his normal fighting power. Oro at full power with his arms would push current naruto to his limits. Naruto can only keep his bijju mode up for about 5 minutes at this time. Therefor all oro would have to do is stall naruto for 5 minutes and then go on the offensive. He is still one of the top five most powerful ninja in the ninja world if you actually look at what he can do logically. Orochimaru is a monster.

This obviously cant be answered for sure, we dont know the degree to mold chakra and use summonings compared to that of hand seals and performing jutsu. The only fact we know is the Kish recently provided the fact the Orochimaru hasnt had access to his arms (jutsu) since fighting the 3rd. Once I try and really look into it I'll inform you too.

Also, to use that it looked like he had to used blood seals (contact) to summon them.

Oro is weaker then Itachi... Weaker then Sasuke... Weaker then Kabuto.. Basically weaker then most of the current people... Hell even Tsunade has shown more prowess then him.
