Something Orochimaru should've done

This idea came when I watched Sasuke turning against Orochimaru, well Orochimaru created one of the unique Sealing jutsu ever the cursed seals
Why couldn't he think of adding some control jutsu in it to prevent his users from betraying him -This idea was inspired by Hyuuga's branch members seals - so do you agree that Orochimaru missed this point?

There's nothing saying it won't work, you're just throwing fanboyism (I just made that up) as an excuse, my money is on that fact that it would work (and I'm not bashing Sasuke) I'm just saying that it seems like it would work regardless of who it was.

I believe Sasuke and the Sound Four mentioned something about the cursed seals "slowly eroding their own will" in exchange for power. So perhaps there was a control mechanism in place...
