i cant use this as a signature.. i said i want gif file in which above two sigs are included ..

I'm sorry about the head thingy, but as a .gif you can't let anything get transparent because it will just disappear:

its size is too big.. also can't u disappear that head portion too , its luks awkward

I tried, but I can't. PNG completely supports transparency but GIF doesn't entirely, if I try it then the head immediately disappears. I could remove the fade and just do a simple slideshow if you want, the heads are what's bugging me here :shrug:
And what was the max size again?

I just noticed that if I could make your fade with a .gif, the size would be way too big.
