i was thinking and i thought that on a slim chance... maybe if Someone had the Rinnegan (Keeping in mind the Rinnegan gives potentiol to learn all 5 basic elements) If they know what a Kekkeigenkai is made of for example, Ice is made of Wind and Water. Can they learn the element??

This Is my Logic from Narutopedia: Even as a child, Jiraiya noted that Nagato had mastered every ninjutsu he taught him. He mastered all five basic nature transformations, something that was completely unprecedented. Nagato was also well versed in all the mainstream ninjutsu, and at age ten, he mastered them all. According to Ibiki, the Rinnegan allows Nagato to use any technique he wishes.

- So from this im thinking if the user has mastered all the Basic 5, and has knowlage of KG is made of, put the 2 to 3 elements together and BAM they the element! This also in theory should work with a person with sharingan for them to copy and understand how the KG works and use it through the Rinnegan .

No and I will tell you why, you have to be born with two or more elements to mix them.

If you are born with one a obtain another one through training you can not mix them you have to be born with them.

No one is born with the rinnegan so no one is born with those 5 elements.

It doesn't work that way. A Shinobi can't just combine the elements and do it just because they have the elements. They have to be born with the ability, or rather potential, to do it. This is why it's called "BLOODline LIMIT." It's limited by blood, so to speak.

Okay, i see where you coming from. and yeah it is a bit of a strech. But the rinnegan was said to be able to use ANY Technique soo..

No because the rinnegan doesn't give u the needed genetic traits

For instance the rinnegan cannot do amaretsu or mokuton , certain dna is needed

At best it can do what kakazu does combine natures
