a question about some character Behaviour

I've noticed that some characters in Naruto actually acted a bit wierdly:
1) Why didn't Nagato revive Yahiko regarding that he was powerful enough to revive a whole village?
2) Why couldn't Shisui Kotoamatsukami Danzou when he attempted to take his eyes?
3) Since Oro actually had a large Portion of Hashirama cells in his possession why didn't he give himself Mokuton?
4) This one is actually a retarded question: Why didn't Naruto Loved Hinata even more after she confessed and almost lost her life to protect him?
5) Yet another retarded question: Why does Sai act like he's Gay for Naruto ( staring at his penis, Calling Girls Ugly, and Hugging him and attempting to kiss him in a filler)?
6) Why didn't Hiruzen at punish Danzo, knowing that he was behind Uchiha massacre?

Maybe he doesn't want mokuton? Why would he need it? He doesn't display any kind of want or need for the bijuu.

If this is true, and he truly wants everything then I doubt that he doesn't have his hand somewhere in everything that's going on now. Maybe he wanted to get sealed so that he could learn ds mode after kabuto took his chakra? If that's is the case, then we are in for some crazy s*@t. He is the og of villains after all lol

1. Maybe he wasn't as skilled with it back then or something
2. I think it might have had something to do with Koto having to recharge

4. You're right, that is a retarded question because Naruto never loved Hinata. He cared for her as a friend and so he got pissed when he thought she died in front of his eyes.
5. Sai was unable to control his emotions at the time so he told it like it is.
6. I don't think Hiruzen really cared that the Uchiha were killed. He failed to take action on a lot of things anyway.
