The Sage's Izanagi

Itachi said when uchiha's did missions they would use izanagi for missions that didn't need to be failed. Look at the bottom right panel you can see a sharingan eye glowing.

tobi said that izanagi required both uchiha and senju dna and that those who can't control hashirama's power(maybe there's more)boasted an incomplete form

i think danzo with hashi's dna made the technique only last longer

when you look at the sage who was using his izanagi his eye looked like the juubi's, a rinnegan with tomoes, instead of the uchiha's three tomoe.

i think at that time tobi fought konan he used an incomplete izanagi like danzo and the other uchiha because it didn't look much different. Tobi already has both parts of the sage(uchiha and senju)and now after this battle he has the rinnegan.
Tobi might be able to use a complete izanagi now. Maybe the rinnegan with tomoes is on his forehead(there's a crap load of threads about it) his new mask looks like the juubi's eye and there's a hole for it.

danzo and the izangai tobi used was just them putting an illusion on themselves
the sage's izangi is creating things

Just a query about that random uchiha with the eye on his forehead, do you remember how tobi has his forehead sort of covered by tape? What if tobi is that random uchiha ?
Just throwing it out there.... As I don't think we have seen tobi's full forehead as its covered by that tape
