U don't know anything dude, Minato is smarter than A he knows what's gonna happen before they attacking, why would he be defeated by A, if Tobi manage to avoid A's attacks, then Minato can do it as well.

I know u don't like Minato, cuz u always saying about Guy and Itachi's base speed, we haven't seen Minato yet, why can't u just keep quiet............. No one knows what's Minato's real speed are, so go away.

For many reason, Minato deserve it to be the number one no matter what.

It doesn't matter how they base speed looks like, It's how they using it, teleporting, running or dimensions, is just the same...................... also Minato is the ninja who the mastered of seal tech, and he's speed is incredible reflexable, no match against him.

You can't just say we don't know Minato's base speed and then say he deserves to be the fastest for many reasons. Teleportation isn't running in any form or fashion. It'd be the equivalent of taking the bus

Base Speed minato is still fastest. Naruto is fast but he does not use base speed. He uses shunshin no jutsu...

A 5th gate Rock Lee was moving so fast, it was like he was teleporting. Or using a body flicker technique. Really, I haven't seen any feats from Minato that indicates he's any faster than Itachi or Guy base speed.

IMO i believe Minato's S/T is just a transport teleportation i don't believe minato has a dimention or if there is a FTG dimention, Minato's S/T is instant.

e.g. the fight with tobi, when minato threw the FTG kunai through tobi's head, before they clashed minato instantly teleported in an impossible postition to do if he were running in an alt dimension...

Minato's S/T is instant which leaves him no time to run in an alt dimension...

How about this. Minato is the fastest period. In terms of speed and distance. Naruto has to Kyuubi. he can sense things. Before he see it. Minato has to deal with eye-hand coordination. Naruto might be able to sense him in a blink of an eye. Hits Minato first.

What the hell are you talking about? That was A and Minat's first meeting he didn't know about A's powers. Tobi used S/T jutsu to avoid A, he would not be able to dodge A.

Minato is awesome and i respect him for being the very few out there that doesn't have KKG or Bijuu power but uses his own pure skill and jutus he made, this does not mean i will be bias towards something like you. I am not gonna keep quiet stop being a child we have seen enough of Minato's base speed to judge stop fanboying over him and don't tell me to go away this isn't your forum.

If Minato has already placed FTG then yes he is number one but if he doesn't have placed FTG seals then he simply is not.

Yes i agree that's why Minato is so skilled that even with his inferior S/T jutsu he defeated Tobi with his superior S/T jutsu it is about skill but the jutsu itself is also important. Minato can't teleport at will he needs to place seals to do it.

How do you know that? Are you Kishi? Frog SM was unique to Jiraiya and it was his "thing" yet Naruto surpassed him in SM the moment he learned it, it is already heavily hinted that Naruto will surpass Minato even in speed and as Kishi likes to do the new generation surpasses the next.

also: i hope you guys realize what base speed means. no use of jutsu, transformations, or any techniques. just simple running basically. i say this because people said "base speed 8th gate guy" or "base speed BM naruto" that's contradictory U_U
