Things proved to be true about Gaara

1: Gaara has been proved to be able to use his sand in water, and is not weak to it.
2: Gaara is capable of using his sand to block the Susanoo sword. It took 5 Susanoo swords attacking at the same time to break through the sand wall and even then, Gaara was barely touched.
3: Gaara has far more chakra now than when he fought Deidara.
4: Is the only member of the Kages to not be breathing heavy or seem damaged and has also been fighting the longest.

He's just pretty damn good and has proved consistently that all the weaknesses people say he has, are not weaknesses at all...

Gaara's sand is made heavier by water, whether or not its a significant disadvantage its much more chakra taxing to manipulate than normal sand so in a sense it is a weakness (costs more chakra)

I think he is the only current kage who will survive. All the other countries have shown someone who could take the place of the kage, Naruto, Darui, that skinny kid with the Tsuchikage, and the guy with the extrendo-sword.

Your first two points are fine. However, you don't know that he has more chakra. It seems logical that he had more chakra reserves when he was still a jinchuriki, however whether he has access to more chakra no is not a clear cut matter.

Also, Gaara seems damaged enough at the bottom of this page...

its not that he has more chakra, its that he can use more chakra, the 1 tail was a burden to him, he needed to use some of his chakra to suppress it, thats why he couldnt sleep as a child, the 1 tail would try to take over his body, the chakra the bijuu has means nothing if you cant use it efficiently

yes gaara wasnt showing signs of breathing hard but i seem to recall lloked like he was showing signs of exhaustion and got distractwd watching mei get tossed then he got KTFO as for the susanno those were wood cloes and theirs but gaara is good just not that good

1: The Susanoo clones seem just as strong as the Susanoo when Madara was using it himself. They are just very incomplete. Whether they are all as strong as Madara is debatable, but these are wood clones, not regular clones.
2: When Gaara had Shukaku in his fight against Deidara, he definitely had less chakra than Gaara does now. He was exhausted from carrying enough sand to shield the village but wasn't after carrying more to stop the meteor, he did this after a sand tsunami, fighting against many other opponents before Madara and although he was restored by Tsunade, he has still expended much more than we have even seem him use. I think this shows he has more chakra.
3: Unless you can prove that the water slowed his sand down, then you can't say it does. Although I agree that it's plausible, it has not been proved and his sand seemed very fast.
4: When Gaara was knocked down by the 5 Susanoo swords, he is on the ground and does have dirt on him, but I fail to see him breathing hard or even bleeding.

people do over-rate Gaara, and others under rate him. I am just stating things which have solid enough reason to be said. Water doesn't ruin his sand-proved, he can block Susanoo-proved, he seems to have more chakra now than before, he has saved the Gokage, several times, especially Mei and Ohnoki.
