Actually, most people don't like the US at all; many even hate it. Why? Because the quality of life in many other places sucks really, really, really bad. Homeless people in the US have better living conditions and more food to eat than some average citizens in certain other places. Even worse, US citizens can decide to leave their country any time they want and simply not come back. That's not true of many other countries.

In certain places in Africa and the middle-east, people have to walk for a while just to get water. In the US, we flush water down toilets and use it to water our lawns. We don't even think about it there's so much water. While other people are walking just to get water, we fill up a bottle of it and go jogging for exercise. We worry and fret over the seasonings used to make a meal; they worry and fret over whether they'll get food. Over a third of the US is obese...so yeah.

There is a logical reason for this, it's actually very clear why the US is prosperous, but I won't go into that now. Anyway, since there really isn't another country that has what the US does, it's no wonder why people hate us. Despite the fact that we try to help when we shouldn't really, people still don't like us. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that aiding other countries is actually making it worse. :shrug:

It wasn't enaugh, but they still make us look like the most violent people in the world, in media, while we are the nicest and the most hospital nation. Now they are making wars because some countries don't give them oil for free. That's just wrong.
But I think it's bad to blame and hate citizens for the evil deeds of goverments and politiciens, as long as people are not ignorant and can think with their own heads insted of listening what media serves them. Why can't people just stop listening to politicians and media and and start loving other nations instead of just hating?

Right, but the US is a war country. xd We have one after the other, just look through our history. Also, we're not the only ones that go to war over stupid things, and we at least try not to slaughter innocent people. Other countries do far worse things that make the US seem peaceful even in war. Of course, people have nothing to do with what their leaders do. On the other hand, if people stood up, and entire nation, and stopped them, then things might be better...but people are cowards.

That thing about peaceful wars (and not trying to slaughter innocent people) is a lie that media tells you. In reality it's much more bloody, with dead children and families. A lot of other countries used to start wars, but not anymore. USA is pretty much the only one left.
People tried their best, but every time they did they were stopped...not pecefully...That's why we can only sit and hope that we won't be next, and hope we don't discover some hidden oil or something...
