Ok. After doing some research i think i found something about the True Nature of the Sharingan.
As we can all see from this picture the Elder Son of the SO6P he never had Sharingan as eyes but more of a Uzumaki Sign (like naruto has on his belly, or on his arm, or even on the hidden leaf's head band or the uzumaki clan symbol).
From this first picture we can also notice something strange above his eyebrows(have no idea what they mean) and the most important thing from my point of view is the Sage Mode that gives margins to his eyes just like naruto has when he is in Sage Mode.
What i believe is that the Elder Son never had Sharingan but a new form of Eye (it's not even similar to the rinnegan form) and it may have been orange as the manga makes us to think. Tobi's first 2 masks and the little patch on naruto's outfit(on his left shoulder). Almost forgot the sign on the back of his outfit.
Now about the sharingan it seems that the Ten Tails had an unique form of Sharingan (with tiny dots on each circle) and it's the only mention/picture proof of the sharingan appearance in the old days of NaruVerse.
We all know that SO6P had total control since he sealed and diveded the Ten Tails. Maybe he did or someone discovered .. etc idk this but it may be that the Sharingan is the Demons eye and not the Sage's. So all this fuss about the uchiha and SO6P could be true only in terms of blood relation but not based on the SO6P eye powers.
I hate uchiha and sharingan fanboys. I my self is a Naru fan xD but what i said it's true and even though i hate smth doesn't mean i can't be honest in saying that i think the Sharingan has a more powerfull form or that the sharingan grants the Elder Son's Eyes (which could the be the strongest thing in NaruVerse).

Thinking about it Tobi himself stated to Kabuto That everything has a down side.
Well half Kurama has infinite Chakra not to think of full Kurama sealing only half of it came with the price of death.
Ten tails eye - SO6P. If half Kurama Has IC, then what about Ten tails.. Surely there had to be a price to pay for dividing such great power.
Also how did he defeated Ten Tails? Sharingan sees every hand sign, every move, every chakra nature thing... This means he had to get rid of the Beasts eye first. which he later probly found out that it's the best thing in true form. It's eye has the amount of dots equal to it's number of tails.... ( as naruto has rasengan for humans.. Sharingan for humans)

. Anyway the sage also split the Juubi up into bijuu’s at the time of his death. So if the sons were.. whatever age at this time then the sons must of been born while he had them inside him which supports my theory.
