So one thing I believe makes a really great story are subtle hints the writer leaves that turn out to be very important. Kishi has already demonstrated that he is a master at this and I believe there are still many more clues left throughout the story. Things that have been mentioned already that may have been slipped in there that may not have seemed important at the time. Or maybe something has been shown to be important, but is still going to impact the story further. It could also be something mentioned in the story that you don’t think fans of Naruto talk about enough. List 5 subtle hints you think you have picked up on and give a brief explanation of why you think the will be important.
And try to list them in order as I have
1. The Destruction of the Eddy Village
2.
Shisui’s story
3. Senju Hasirama’s death
4. The 2nd Hokage’s Edo Tensei
5. Madara’s Death
Anyway, if you made it through the list thank you for reading! There are so many subtle clues Kishi throws in. Something we may not think very important could drastically change the story. Please share your thoughts. What did I miss? What, in your opinion, is going to impact the future of the story?

1. The Destruction of the Eddy Village
This was subtly dropped in the story Kushina told to Naruto and I think many people on the base here picked up on it’s importance. The main character is an Uzumaki and the village of his kinsmen was mysteriously destroyed. It has been shown that the Uzumaki possess incredible abilities and now only a few remain. What was the real motive behind the villages destruction? One popular theory is that Madara or Tobi or both of them together played a role. Many point to the fact that Madara claimed to have “not enjoyed this sight in a long time” (Paraphrasing) when he dropped that meteor on the “Shinobi” soldiers. Could the leaf or root have had something to do with it? Maybe it was a mission, similar to the Uchiha massacre. I think it will be important later on in the story. Only time will tell…
Shisui’s story
Now Shisui’s eyes have had a major role in the plot already and he has made a few appearances in flash backs. However, one thing I think people forget about him, something I believe will come to play a role later on, is that he was first introduced as “Shisui the Teleporter” or “flicker” or something along those lines. The fact that his KA has played such a major role now has made us forget this fact. It has been shown that Tobi’s ST jutsu originates from Obito’s eye (Or it is implied) and it has also been shown that same eye used a similar technique to KA in order to control the 3rd Mizukage. So Obito’s eye can use a powerful genjutsu and can teleport it’s user and Shisui’s eyes can use a powerful genjutsu and he is known as “Shisui the Teleporter”. So how are these two connected, if at all? Many point to the fact that they may be siblings. I think it will be important later on in the story. Only time will tell…
3. Senju Hasirama’s death
The man who has been built up to us as maybe the most powerful Shinobi to ever live, yet we know nothing of his death? I don’t think this is an accident. I have a theory on how he died, but I am trying my best not to make this a thread full of my theories, any way I think the circumstances of his death will be very important to the story. Only time will tell….
4. The 2nd Hokage’s Edo Tensei
I have seen that this issue has baffled people since it was mentioned that he created the ET. Obviously, given the circumstances of the jutsu, how could the shining light of the village, the villages Hokage, construct such a jutsu? There must have been someone incredibly important he needed to bring back and only in a dire situation. What was happening back then and who was so important that he would even consider something like ET? Maybe it was his brother Hashirama and something threatened the village at the time. Possibly Tobi? Madara? We still don’t know much about Madara’s death either. Only time will tell
5. Madara’s Death
Two things are important to note here. One, Madara did not die at the VotE and two Madara did die sometime later (Or he couldn’t be brought back with ET). So what happened to Madara between the time of his fight at VotE and his actual death? And what possibly could have killed him? I have read some very interesting theories on the subject. It is something, I am sure, is going to be very important as we move forward. Only time will tell…
