Who do you think is the best hokage? Tsunade, yondaime ( 4th hokage), or 3rd hokage?

..Most Powerful would easily by the 4th has he's constantly regarded as the most powerful Ninja Konoha has ever produced. His credentials speak for themselves. All one has to say is that he stopped the Nine Tail Fox Demon..and that should rest things. Tsunade and 3rd Rival one another in different aspects..Tsunade is based upon Chakra manipulation within her body, hence her brute force tactics and uncanny strength along with her healing factor which puts her virtually indestructible during battle. The 3rd had a plethora of Jutsu, and took on Orochimaru and almost beat him...Blasted sword..lol. But best leader and Hokage?...3rd...he has had more experience, brought Konoha out of just a village into a country to be reckoned with, infact the most powerful country in the land. He always looked out for the best interests of his people and was seen as a fatherly figure always around to soothe the pain and anguish of his people during times of being a shinobi. He sacrificed his life to shun the attack of Orochimaru and the Sound and Sand Ninja. Yes, the 4th gave his life as well against a stronger opponent, but was so young at his death that he really had no chance of becoming a great Hokage. Tsunade-Sama or Gondaime as she is called now, is relatively new at the hokage routine at her peak, she has been hokage for the most 3 years...paling in comparison with the Third he served a large portion of his life as the Hokage. To further this debate, the 3rd out reached to other clans, and countries to befriend them, hence the invitation to the Kazekage during the Chuunin exams. 5th (Tsunade) is trying to rebuild Konoha, and if she happens to succeed in restoring Konoha and bringing about the end of Akatsuki and Orochimaru, she'll be the greatest of all the Hokages, but for now, just on sheer time of office and knowledge of his village..the 3rd Hokage is the greatest Hokage or leader of all 5...

Minato saved the entire village pretty much single-handed, but Konoha was in a time of a peace during Hiruzen's second reign, and he was most loved by his village.

It is honestly hard to say
1st- Made the leaf from just a state of residence into a huge powerhouse and protected it from Madara so it would live and thrive.
2nd- He built it up and made it even bigger
3rd- During the Nine Tails invasion he helped prevent it from destroying everything.
4th- He Stopped the Nine tails from destroying the village protected his child all within the same day.
5th Tsunade- Yes she did get unlucky and had to deal with the Akatsuki knocking on their door but atleast she was able to help with intel and heal people which is one of her best rolls - Being a Medical Ninja
6th- Danzou he was just Plot No Jutsu but before he helped the leaf with doing its dirty work so the leaf seamed very clean but he was sort of like that Underground Hokage.
Kakashi- Kakashi just looked pro.
But you have to admit they all had a big roll even though it doesn't seem like they did a lot they did have big roles.

Minato used the reaper death seal once and it brought him near death, whereas the third used it three times. Hiruzen fought off the ressurected first and second Hokages and the strongest of the Sannin Orochimaru. Minato didn't defeat the Kyuubi it just helped take it out of the village and with the help of Kishuna sealed it into Naruto. The Third was the greatest of all five in my opinion; he sat at the feet of the first two and learned and even surpassed them in many aspect, the other two after him could never stand up to hi accomplishments. I'm not trolling like you are, these are facts found in the manga. Sandaime is king
