Avatar: If you can't bend, then you have no chance of doing anything. And not everyone is a bender so I rather not risk it.
Bleach: Most humans are normal humans, life wouldn't be any different than it is now in Bleach. If you become a hollow that'll suck. I wouldn't risk the chance as being a Soul Reaper has minimal hope of happening.
Dragon Ball Z: Humans can't do anything, no point.

Pokemon: This is tempting, but animals aren't nice in the real world. In a realistic situation, people would have to fight the Pokemon not battle with them. It would be chaos and hiding from powerful animals, and people getting eaten every day.
Narnia: Most likely you'll get lost in the cast if you make it to Narnia.
Naruto: Also tempting, but the risk is too big. Not every one in Naruto is a ninja and not everyone can mold chakra. It's basically a game of chance. Also, there is too much of a hierarchy. Being a lower level ninja is the same as being a nobody.
Fairy Tail: Same thing, can't mold magic when you're born... you're a nobody.
Legend of Zelda: There is one Hero of Time... and everyone else is normal. The odds don't seem in my favor.
The one I'll go with is One Piece. You don't need to be born with any special ability to do anything, you get them in your life. So you can eat a Devil Fruit, learn how to use Haki, become a swordsmen, become a sniper; this world allows the most room to succeed. Even if you are a nobody or a minor character, unlike in the other worlds, you can still be pretty ****ing cool. Instead of being fodder.
Now, if it can be guaranteed that you are indeed the title character and get the title character perks in the other worlds, then that's different. But if you are simply born in it, then One Piece is the most promising one.
