Its the internet, guys. There are always people who will post just for the sake of posting, regardless fo the rules and/or consequences. My advice is, "if you dont like then dont read it" If you see a duplicate thread, report it and move on. Its as simple as that.

If you start banning members for posting duplicated threads, you'll just see an increase in alternate accounts.

I've notice this you never realize how useful the search bar is till you dont have it.I remember this one time on another forum I'm on,the site had an error or something and it was so hard to find this thread I was looking for.And then I realize I had like 10 more threads that I didnt save to favorites,so it was a real pain in the ass to find them through every section of the forum.

Tsk, ban members who are ignorant enough for about a day, that should do it, even though it would take much time.. There should be more mods imo, like 20 ppl(mods & admind) control 100,000(+) accounts.. There should be more staff members...

If noone reports the thread, it won't be taken care of, in such a big site as NB is. Even if there were 200 mods, if noone reported the threads/post that needed to be reported, it would not be taken care of.

OT : Report the thread, maybe provide a link to a similar thread, and it will be taken care of.

Admins have done as much as they can. They've even gone as far to show a list of previously created threads which have similar titles when you create a new thread. It's just a result of people wanting to post thier own thread.

I do have one other point: Making a thread about a problem only adds to that problem. "Stop Posting >Insert Topic< Threads!" only gives it more attention. I know, it's frustrating, but adding another thread to the mix doesn't actually help us or do anything to make the problem go away. Click the Report Button, explain the problem, and go on to other threads. Unlike in real life, you actually can ignore people and problems on the internet. (Literally: you have an Ignore list in your UserCP)
