Damn, you guys make it really harrd to become a mod, collect the 1235 pokemon cards isn't that hard, but the other two...

Anyway, there have been a lot of threads like this before, and I think that in some of them is said that 'when you have to ask how to become a mod, you don't qualify', or something along those lines...

Most important of all, you have to collect 1235 unique Pokemon cards.

 I guess I need to get busy collecting then. xd

Beat me to it. U_U You become a mod by not making threads asking about it. xd

Considering how bad NBs been Lately I'm surprised you guys aren't looking for more mods,
Theirs been contnous spam threads, endless flame wars, very rude and inappropriate racist and sexist comments, and random sexual and nude pics!

They have more then enough mods. Remember mods/smods/admins go on this site during there free time, they can't oversee what happens on this site 24/7.
When the admins see fit that NB need more mods, the apps will be open and you can apply if you wish.

The mods do a good job considering the members, but then again. The admins won't pick out people just because people think NB need more mods. As Tsuchi has said there requirements you need to have in the first place.

For me: I'm part of a small community (OPB) us mods over there do an alright job over there, since they're under 2,000 members.

Most important of all, you have to collect 1235 unique Pokemon cards.

I have that many, do I pass? =DD

Double moderation is forbidden. This means that you can't be moderator in another anime/manga site and be a moderator here.

I'm aware of that. The question I was asking, in special cases can you 'bypass' that rule per say?

I won't say NB doesn't need some mods as it's clear the fact after these last days when we were invaded (and we still are) with Sasuke fanboys and now, recently I've observed a Naruto one.
I believe that is somehow connected, since all (almost) the Sasuke ones were banned, now they're coming back as Naruto, just to denigrate Naruto as well.
And I know some are being IP Banned but unfortunately, if they have an dynamic IP well, that's a problem because it changes everytime, whereas static one, well it's static.

When we say we need more mods is not because we want to bother, it's just because we've kinda had it with all the chaos, fanboy-ism, racism and all those factors.
We just want a nice, clean spot where to discuss stuff.

I know the fact that you know best when to add mods or when to do stuff because, in the end, it's your website, we're just asking nicely to take this into consideration. :)

When admins need new moderators, they open up an application section. You will see a new section and will be able to post an application.

As for requirements: Whatever admins are looking for at the time will be stated in the applications when it opens.

Usually, level of maturity, the track record at NB(infraction history) or otherwise and general behaviour is taken into consideration.

Special skills may be needed for certain sections such as good RP knowledge for RP mods and GFX for GFX section. Familiarity with forum rules and how helpful you are at the forum is also a plus.

Nothing more do I need to add so its closed to prevent further useless spamming.
