now that I think about it. . . nearly every character in naruto got a pretty nice death . I mean just the main ones. even the bad guys like zabuza or hidan had a "good" death.

the most memorable death to me was that of Jiraiya the Gallant

If you're talking about pure epicness, I'd have to say Kisame ranks the highest. It was just totally unexpected he'd go out as he did. That and he didn't lose to a main character, he actually lost to Guy. I don't know, it all felt fitting.

Hiruzen and Chiyo died as heroes as well.

And I guess the saddest of them all is Jiraiya's death. Though a lot of the sorrow came from knowing Naruto would be all alone again.

even i didn't expect that kisame would sacrifice himself to not let the intel fall into konoha's hands, he was a great shinobi if you consider his death , :ice: for you
