Strongest Shinobi in the current time being

Hey guys this is my 1st Thread so please don't hate. But what are you're opinons on the strongest Shinobi of Naruto's time as of right now? For me I would say it is either Tobi or Naruto Bm, please don't judge and tell me you're thoughts and opinons thanks!

Well, Tobi>BM Naruto (clearly). Tobi is the strongest individual current (non-edo) shinobi.

Are you trolling? :/ Rinnegan in both eyes, EMS, most powerful Susano in the history, Mokuton = many strong wood jutsus, 2nd stongest shinobi (after the 1st Hokage) thats = edo madara

True, but we haven't actually seen Naruto fight Tobi in BM. We've seen him fight him with KCM but BM not yet, I'm asuming that the next Manga will be the one that he fights Tobi with BM.

He was fighting the other Tailed Beasts, technically he was fighting Tobi but on the other hand he wasn't. I'm talking about hand to hand combat like he is currently doing in the Manga. My apalogies I should have explained myself more.
