I think sasuke wins in a match with gaara. giving him nejis does nothing really. Neji would get killed by Ama easy. Then it would just be one on one where sasuke takes high diff

I like Sasuke more than the 2, but I say those 2 will win Mid-High DIFF.
Since Gaara's sand is a great counter/defense against ameterasu, and Susano'o is a close range jutsu whereas Gaara is a long rage fightet and as shown against EDO Madara he can use the sand beneath his Susano'o.
Neji could be th close range fighter.

Neji and Gaara wins this IMO. Gaara can protect Neji from all of Sasuke's attacks. When Sasuke's Susano'o wares off, which it will, Neji can get in close, effectively shutting down his chakra points. Since Neji is better than Sasuke at Taijutsu and all. There is literally a million things Gaara could do in this match.
