Here is my list of all the shinobis from the narutoverse
They are arranged in a set-wise manner which means that ninjas of the same set are somewhat equal to each other
Note:this does not mean that ninjas from lower set cannot defeat ninjas from the higher set....its just designed on the potential,quality,(n hype)of the ninajs

God Level Shinobis

Hashirama, Madara, Tobi Rinnegan,Naruto BM, Kabuto DSM (with edo tensei), Nagato 6 paths

- Madara is on his own tier.
- If you're counting Kabuto with Edo Tensei, he too must be on his own tier.
- No mention of Kisame.

Well,personally I feel Gai is strong but when it comes to difficult situation he aint that effective........like hes good with 1v1 but there are situations that require you use your brains.....so kakashi leads

Well if you have a problem, create your own list.....this is what I feel... .
Anyways sakura hasn't shown us anything that would make her position better than what it is presently

Being able to make an antidote quickly enough,healing kankuro of his poisoning which only one person in the shinobi world could do(including her its two),managing the chaotic situation of the medical corps(which is one of the toughest during war time)when pain attacks the village and during the 4th shinobi war............etc
Well i guess she should be atleast given a jounin....
But then its my opnionU_U

I was actually gonna re read the whole manga and make a list like this myself. I finished my part 1 list, haven't started part 2 yet ..

Well kid if you see......that is what medical ninjas do.....heal people.......but that doesnt make her a jounin......its more than that(even ino is very good at her jutsu.....dat doesnt make her a jounin)

Sakura is good at medical jutsus...agreed. But when it comes to fighting against someone I dont think she can match up against the likes of chiyo or tsunade......this list aint about highlighting a particular skill of a ninja.....its about the overall skills
