Nagato best tai jutsu?

Wouldn't nagato have like the best tai jutsu, he can grow like 6 metal arms and turn them into blades and grow eyes all over his face using asura giving him no blind spots. Considering this you guys think he would of had some of the best tai jutsu? Assumeimg of course he is healthy and can walk.

Well nagato was using deva path with a fraction of his chakra and using great taijutsu,if he could walk he would have been the best at taijutsu. But might guy,the raikage,lee and neji are the top taijutsu users
