What would be your solution for getting peace? (in narutoworld)

So, what would be your solution?

My solution is to stop teaching ninjutsu except to a small group of 30 people or so, that must be neutral so they won't be in the side of any country. In case future wars, this small group would stop it.

I agree with Tobi's plan somehow. Even if Naruto was a strong leader of the ninja world and all current wars would be over, it's human nature that another war will come. Plus Naruto won't live forever. Sad to say but Tobi's concept would cause peace. It's at the cost of freedom but it works when you don't want to kill absolutely everyone like Pain did. His plan sucked.

Pain's solution. tragedy and fear do work to control people into doing or not doing something.

EDIT: imho Pain's idea and Hashirama's giving the jinchuuriki in order to achieve some balance in the power levels of different villages is not that different. both seem realistic and utilitarian enough, war cannot be completely eradicated (though Naruto will find some highly unrealistic way of achieving so), but it can be prevented or the different sides could be involved with the mutual fear of heavy damages and losses.

This is what i once read :

There are three main cause of Discord-

1. Difference - Difference in religion, ethnicity, language etc. etc.

2. Lack of Central leader - lack of that one thing which will keep people tied together with an invisible bond

And the most dangerous

3. Individual Opinion



The first two causes can be tackled but what about the third?? If we let go of our opinion/thought, we let go of one of the things that separates us from inanimate things.
