do you think tobi gave obito a special sharingan and was going to take it back once he fully awakened it and served his purpose like nagato, nagato and obito age's are not to far off if kakashi and nagato are around a similar age and even then i think obito was older than kakashi when they were kids so nagato could be a few years older than obito.
when you think about it tobi has been here all these years of madara's plans and then finds someone with his eye's which is obito and then get's an abiltiy of space time to challege the fourth hokage and then is able to sneak in the uchiha hideout to get information and then helps itachi, to me it seems like tobi planned it.
tobi has so much sharingan eyes and they have other feared user's of the uchiha clan yet obito has the most important eye even more important than the uchiha leader's eye to me it makes it look like nagato and obito eye's were given to them or where for them to develop those eye's until tobi needed them for war.
