IDK, the complexity of the Jutsu and the Chakra plays a huge role which is necessary to perform the Ninjutsu.

This and Sharingan copies the handseals..... No handseal in this jutsu

it's really hard, obviously, as only the raikages can do it. Also, as it was said above, only handseals are copied, and it's as much a jutsu as sage mode is a jutsu, and you don't see kakashi or any sharigan user copying that

sasuke was able to see kakashi seal and later on when he needed orochimaru he needed an opposite jutsu to release orochimaru from the curse mark which sasuke then used a sealing technique because he saw kakshi original version and then modified it.

then explain how sasuke copied lee's speed

1) speed is not a jutsu
2) He copied lee's movement pattern and went through training using it to master the body movements , enabling him to gain a similar speed

the chakra manipulation ability is probably too much for him. he could probably learn it if we trained a ton but that doesnt seem like the type of thing that is easy to attain.

i don't think it would be that hard for him because he can manpulate his chakra threw out his body with his lighting nature attacks with the chidori version's and can even do it with his sword like bee which is supposed to be hard.

i think he can do it right now but it might take training, the reasonn why i think he can do it is that sauske ninjutsu are really good and he and he has modified kakashi techs plenty of times.

i know his ninjutsu is great but its on another level to have an active lightning shield around your entire body. seeing as A is the only one weve seen with it, it isnt easy an easy ability to attain.
