IMO, calling them fodders is just wrong.

Well if we go with powerwise than only Choji and Lee will surpass them. If we go by status and fame, Neji, Sakura, Shikamaru can possibly surpass them but I don't think they will reach the power level of the Sannin. Maybe Sakura will because she is a main character and has a lot of hype but the other two won't.

and...i wouldn't include sasuke as part of the konoha 11...
