Anyone remember when Tobi and Naruto first squared off after the start of the war; Naruto was in Bijuu mode and Tobi wasn't able to slip through him?

You might want to go back and read that chapter because KM came much later that was BM he was in OT: this instance it seems to me to be another plot hole that the author didn't account for.
