A's speed and Guy's speed

Hello, i wanted to point out that A's lightning release armor not only increases his speed, but also reduces his reaction time .Guy's 8 gates on the other hand just give him physical strenght and speed, but his reaction time remains the same as any normal person(around 0.20seconds).Thats why A managed to dodge sasuke's amaterasu, while Guy will get hit by it

if tsundae punch can destroy madaras susanoo(i repeat madara susanoo)
then 8th or 7th gate gai can destroy it or his hirudora or 8th gate special attack can destroy sasuke,which is more powerful than kirin

Sorry i have to say this but, A (raikage) is so damn fast, so fast that he left an after image of himself while dodging amaterasu.
Even with his raw speed he can grab someone by the throat and strangle the person before they can react to the fact there being strangled, it happened to zetsu... a sensor.

so your saying Guy's reaction time is normal?:flaw: Guy's reaction time is already impressive so it's too hard to tell cause after Guy or Lee goes gates they start raping people and never on defence. Also he can dodge amaterasu.
