kakashi can use tobi's jutsu

Since kakashi use's the same eyes as tobi.and tobi's technique is just an advanced form of kamui.kakashi can copy it.the problem would be tobi who can maintain it longer.

No.. Its completely different, Kakashi's Kamui is used for long ranged transfers and Tobi's technique is used for self transportation and close range.

Both transport things to the same dimension.range is dependant on the users skill.much like the hand held rasenshuriken and the thrown version.all is one basic technique.

Its much more different than that, eyes use different powers, if Kakashi could use s\t techniques as Tobi he would have already used them, same goes for Tobi with Kamui. Also, Sasuke can only use Amaterasu with his left eye.
