tobi is a liar.he have been lying to everyone from the start so everything he says cant be taken literally all the time.Second, did you guys ever realize how tobi knows about EVERYTHING.i just wanted to share those things with you guys

has no one noticed that he said he got the eye from the battle from which Kakashi gets the nickname "Hero of the Sharigan" soon after obito's death? if it were obito he wouldnt have to start how he got the eye with that information, especially when talking to kakashi. So no to the "Maybe tobi is obito " because just the context of how he started his answer just disproves that theory right there. He stole Obito's eye

let me assist you in killing off the population of obito fanboys, sir: TOBI KNEW THE OUTCOME OF THAT FIGHT. you know, the fight at the kannabi bridge? where team minato was sent on a mission to? the same fight where obito fled from to save rin? yeah, well obito never came back to that fight, did he? he died in that cave where they fought with rin. obito couldn't have known the outcome.

like i said before, tobi is probably one one like he says. if he is someone we already know, there's a reason he claims to be no one. being a no one is a part of his background, and we know this whole series is based on how good guys turn bad and "i hate the world" stories. tobi stole madara's nine-tails at his death, and stole obito's eye at his death. we've yet to see all his powers, so who knows who else he stole from. and the only reason why he embraced madara's identity is because he could use it like he used everything else he stole.

lol in a way, yes. he has in fact either copied or stolen what we thought various shinobi had (madara had kurama in his possession, then tobi shows up with it)
i mean, i do think he's a person with a story and all, but he probably looks for identities in others, much like kabuto. it's probably not the same way kabuto did, but maybe similar.

and as for why he isn't obito, as if we didn't have enough reasons, i believe it was tobi in this chapter who addressed naruto when saying "... if you ended up neglecting what jiraiya and the 4th hokage left you... what would they think?" no way obito knew that, do we all agree?

I don't think this is true. No one should know that information not just obito. Zetsu being able to record things automatically removes all of the obito shouldn't know this and that. Because no one should be able to know everything that Tobis knows. Tobi knows everything about everyone. Even gain. But I Do no5 believe this is even an uchiha. Unless he can fight blindly. As much as he uses the mangekyo powers of kamui he should be blinded. The only reason I can see him not being blind is because that side effect doesn't work on non uchiha. Because there are no siblings we know of that obito has for him to have an eternal

obito was a very good student of the forth that was why he could make sacrifices like giving kakashi his sharingan ..all sharingan users are naturally smart and they have the ability to predict the future.. people might be after his eyes... that is why he gave kakashi one of the to stop its usage in the future...like shishu giving itachi his eyes for konoha's protection. bottom line kakashi is a very smart shinobi and he knows obito cannot be a tyrant thats why he asked.. where did you get that eye.. tobi has a collection of eyes.. he still has the second renigan with him.... 'he is definatey not obito'

shows tobi saying that he doesnt want heroes to make pitiful stories at the grave, and then there is a picture of kakashi at obito's grave. Lets remember that half of obito's body was crushed we did not see anything about his eye being crushed, it just wasnt visible. Tobi cannot be Obito and here is why, why the hell would Obito talk to the 4th hokage as if he didnt know him, i mean he was his master after all... Tobi just stole Obito's eye which connects him to kakashi through obito. The only 2 real possibilities are Kagami uchiha and Izuna uchiha. Kagami would be the perfect age to be A tobi. He is linked to the 2nd hokage who knew space-time nin, and is presumably around the same age as danzo and the others. kagami is assumed to be dead, but if he was teamed up with the 2nd hokage, the elders, danzo, hiruzen, wouldn't we have heard about his death? Someone that powerful doesnt disappear so easily.

As Itachi was a double agent for konoha, it is my belief that Kagami was a double agent for Madara. he got close and befriended the tobirama group, but he as never on their side. Using his sharingan he was able to take what the 2nd hokage used and perfect it. Since the databook says that any sharingan can master kamui, it was not difficult for a sharingan user to mix the two into a complete technique.

Kagami fits tobi perfectly, the age, the techniques, his knowledgem everything.

Well, my guess is that every Uchiha has the potential to develop a certain unique eye power. Obito died young and there is no telling how powerful he could have been. Every once in a while we discover a new sharingan skill that is unique to a certain individual. I reckon Sasuke could unlock some new eye power as well. But that`s just a wild guess

There is no way that Tobi could be Obito, back when he fought Minato he was already an adult, unless there is a time traveling ocular jutsu ore something of that nature there really isn't any way that it could be him

Hey y'all here is another theory of who tobi is...combination of izuna, madara and obito...with the help of a very powerful zetsu(maybe the first zetsu)...i think i shud make a thread out of this, TOBI IS MADARA, IZUNA OBITO AND ZETSU ALL IN ONE...Epic chapter mostly about kurama and Naruto... they both rock

I like how the Naruto expert theorist who bash people theories now have to bite a sock. Many people said Obito was tobi or atleast they have the same eye. I think he might be madara's bro or Tobi. Why does Tobi have to be someone we know.... Tobi could be someone or something created by orochimaru (who had a plethora of sharingan eye also) to control or oversee the akutsuki. I think orochimarus role in this is greatly downplayed

Besides it can't really be obito... its not like we haven't seen Tobis face. He's old. Much older than kakashi. The reason I'm saying this should be obvious.

b4 i came to the base i thought it was either izuna or tobi.

but yeah this chapter was 3/5. i seriously dislike naruto

before i came to the base i didnt dislike him i actually liked him.

but then i spent some time here and grew hate for him, because he is the main character and people on here say stupid shit knowing that in the manga or shippuden naruto would never "lose" or get killed.

but outside of kishi pen. [ meaning anybody kishi/naruto hasnt fought in the manga} would kick him.
