New manga/anime suggestions?

hi. i was wondering if you had any suggestions for me regarding anime and manga. series that i have read would be naruto, bleach, one piece, death note, ao no exorcist, and am starting samurai champloo. i enjoy anime and manga that has a deep plot but good characterization as well for me it would be a situation where i value plot>characters. knowing this i would really appreciate if you guys gave me your suggestion and opinions. thank you.

see. i recently have been holding back due to a couple of videos that have convinced me its to similar to one piece. people have told me about natsu being a fail replication of luffy as well as gildarts resembling shanks. i mean if enough people suggest it i will definitely start it. thank you for your reply.
