Zetsu watches everything... Who's to say he didn't inform Tobi or some one else, and Tobi obtained his eye. We pretty much know its OBITO's eye Tobi about flat out said it.

Think abaut it for a sec. If half of hes head is assumed to be crushed.. how did he talk to Kakashi with the rock on hes head? I havent seen anyone in manga talk after half of their head is crushed. (Not including Edo or Hidan). So yea sure there was a huge rock on hes right side.. prove me half of hes head was crushed. Eyes can withstand amazingly high pressure before popping or 'exploding'

(CONTAINS A SPOILER ABOUT TOBI'S IDENTITY DON"T READ IF YOU DON'T READ MANGA) ) I agree with this ^ It would make sense that he used izanagi to alter time but why would he need obito's eye, he could be an uchiha that never awakened the sharingan or he could be someone that wasn't an uchiha but i think that he's an uchiha that lost his sharingan, and he does have obito's eye because it was revealed in the latest manga chapter 597.

This is a valid point. If one side of his brain was crushed, it wouldn't be active to control the other side of his body, i.e. the one talking to Kakashi.

However, it's possible that the eye got crushed without Obito's skull and brain being crushed.

Maybe Tobi is someone closely related to Obito who went to retrieve the eye. Still... it's hard to believe that the eye was not damaged.

I want to say that since his right side was said to be crushed and the various threads that say his grave was hollow, leads me to believe that his eye being crushed is just speculation due to his body not being recovered.
