He probably got the left eyes he used for Izanagi from his large Sharingan collection, and always made sure to save his right eye. I'm honestly surprised he didn't take Danzo's arm so that he could spam Izanagi whenever he wanted to

If you take a look at kakashi at the beginning of the minato arc he is a bit taller meaning time had passed at least a year imo

hm...just to mention in the narutoverse are many things weired but that...we´ve seen people who "fused" with dna from others, "clones" (yamato) made of few cells, then why wouldn´t it be possible tobi "cloned" obito´s eyes hundreds of times??
but the simpelest answer tobi is/was blind (till he got the rinnegan) and is just an incredible sensortype so he has no need to see...
