If it turns out Tobi is Obito my guess would be that Obito used his Space–Time Migration accidentally or like a reflex when the boulder fell ontop of him.

  This is the first time he ever used Space–Time Migration since he awakened the 3 tomoe just a few moments earlier.

• Obito stated that he could not feel the crushed part off his body at all. He really believed this. The reason he could not feel it was because it was not there, it was in another dimension.

• This is where he learned how to fool others into thinking attacks would just go through him without revealing the secrets of his jutsu. This was such an effective method that he managed to fool both Rin, himself & Kakashi into thinking he was crushed.

His change of life perspective is still but a mystery to me though as is Zetsu.

The recent manga seems to provide further proof that Tobi is NOT Obito actually. Kakashi says "where did you get that Sharingan?", and then Tobi says that he got it at the battle where Obito died. This means that he never had it his whole life, it means that he acquired it, or stole it, from Obito's body (dead or alive).

One does not awaken Mangekyo at his age right when he awoke Sharingan and he was obviously bleeding and even said his right side was crushed why would he lie to the people he loved. If he was lieing he wouldnt of given his eye unless he was planning on dieing.

Thing is, he had 2 tomoe in his eyes when he got crushed.
His right eye going to 3 tomoe and than to ms or somehow using the spacetime, while the left eye that went into kakashi his socket, remained at 2 tomoe, seems odd to me.
but who knows, maybe obito his ms works different for each eye, i dunno.

You mean he couldn't? I was under the impression he could do anything. Just look at what he achieved in one month.

I agree that obito's has something to do with tobi but i still doubt its obito himself(not even a madara manipulated one) im starting to assume that maybe he's actually a zetsu formed from obito and madara's cells (maybe some others idk) but maybe everything I'm saying is wrong. :/

First of all i've never stated that Obito had or currenty got MS. I've missed the 2tomoe thing thought but i'm afraid i'm still going to hold onto the theory of mine.

Also the requirment for non-uchihas might be higher to use the same jutsus than for true uchihas.
